I went here as a guest to my nieces baby shower. The room was warm and inviting and decorated beautifully. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had great fun playing a few 'baby' related games, too! The dining area, open plan kitchen, and restrooms were excellent and very clean. We had a lovely afternoon tea buffet, with a great selection... and the scones with clotted cream and jam were delicious. Drinks were very reasonably priced also. Great venue, I'd say for any similar events or gatherings. Lots of parking space. Definitely recommend this venue.

Great experience, the people in charge will really go the extra mile and out of their way to cater to you. Having stopped at other sites in Wales this is by far the best in terms of customer service, it's a great site, I would definitely recommend.

We stopped here for coffee & cake. Handily, it cuts the corner where the A55 meets the A494, so it doesn't add any journey time. It looked perfect for us and we weren't disappointed. The cafe is clean and functional, catering nicely to the customers who come to fish in the lake. It's a family run business, and the owners were very friendly.
